Please give shipments up to one week to be packaged and shipped. Once order is shipped allow a time frame between once shipped all items arrive between 5- 11 days based on the shipping method chosen.

We are not liable if package was lost or stolen. if your tracking number shows your package was delivered and you did not receive it please contact your carrier to file a claim.
